Our Programs |

SENIOR NUTRITION PROGRAM Hot, nutritious meals are home delivered and served at the meal site at the Dove Creek Community Center on Mondays at 6:00 pm, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at the Cahone Rec Hall & Senior Center at 12:00 noon. A $3.00 per meal donation is suggested. |

SENIOR TRANSPORTATION The Senior Bus provides transportation for senior meals and special events. Transportation provided to the Dove Creek Community for the Indoor Walk. Transportation provided as a call and demand service for doctor appointments, physical therapy, dialysis, chemo therapy and other specialists. |

HOME CHORE, HOMEMAKER PROGRAM AND CAREGIVER PROGRAM Home Chore provides services designed to increase the safety of the individual in their home. Includes minor home modification and chore maintenance. Homemaker program provides services for the elderly in their homes when they are not able to do the chores themselves. Caregiver program provided in cooperation with the Dolores County Nursing Service. |

OUTREACH PROGRAM Monthly newsletter is distributed which includes the menu, calendar of events, education, and local senior news. |

HEALTH PROMOTIONS PROGRAM Senior indoor walk Mon, Wed, and Fri at 9:00 at the Dove Creek Community Center. Line Dancing Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the Dove Creek Community Center. |
